Morello Cherries

This yarn is made from Cheviot fibre, a rare breed that is used in the Harris Tweed industry. Cheviot sheep are a hardy breed and their wool rough but hard wearing, with no nonsense about it.

It’s definitely on the bouncy side in terms of fibre feel.   I’d say this yarn is best suited to being felted, after all, tweed is a fulled material!
