Simplicity Cowl (Knitting)

£0.00

The picture is of the sample pieces made for me by Rebecca before Stitch & Craft 2011.

Rebecca wanted to do a hat & scarf set in recycled sari silk and so after she did ‘Snowflakes on Mulberries’ she then knitted the “Simplicity Cowl” on a 5mm circular needle (120cm long) and did the version with 2 decrease rounds.

She then tried the cowl again but with a twist – basically when the pattern says to make sure you don’t twist the stitches, she did just that. And with no decreases this came out as a nicely drapy mobius cowl. (Personally, I much prefer this one!)
